We are a civil association founded with a view to supporting and promoting non-commercial cultural and art activities. Since founding the organisation in 1995, we have been making efforts to find ways of supporting young, non-commercial culture. We promote creative and open-minded people; we offer a choice and alternative to commercial, passive and shallow life of a consumer in a big city.
