The Hungarian Contemporary Architecture Centre is a foundation aiming to initiate a dialogue about architecture, the city and its culture and about the built enviroment. KEK organizes various events, exhibitions, workshops and supports innovative initiatives in contemporary architecture and related fields. KEK's venue is located near Budapest's Keleti station, in the area once called Chicago because its rapid growth and social tensions.
