SPACE /former Gallery Priestor for Contemporary Arts/ is curated project space focused on a permanent scanning and presentation of most innovative and experimental art. Our mission is to create interactive space for communication of audience with contemporary art and to initiate international cooperation and exchange. SPACE exists since 1999 and initiated 2 international networks - Billboart Gallery Europe /www.billboart.org/ and Crazycurators.org, organised 5 international conferences, more than 80 exhibitions and number of other events. In 2006 SPACE organised Crazycurators Biennale, Crazycurators Award and started SPACE Residency Lab in Bratislava. In cooperation with Giancarlo Politi Editore, Prague Biennale Foundation and Flash Art SK it has started to publish Czech and Slovak Edition of Flash Art /2006/. Founder of a gallery and curator of projects is Juraj Čarný.
